  • Returns are only accepted for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged products caused by the customer.
  • Items without original packaging or missing accessories.
  • Clearance or final sale items.

💵 Refund Method

  • Since we accept Cash on Delivery only, refunds are processed as follows:
    • For approved returns, you will receive a cash refund at the time of product pickup or via bank transfer (if applicable).
    • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

  • Repeated COD order refusals or return abuse may result in account restrictions.
